Most significant dish would be Steamed StripedSnakebead (清蒸生鱼片). With simple light soy sauce, it brings out the freshness of fish itself. Moreover, the fish slices are without bone, so that very bite is full of the meat and the taste of the freshness. Surprisingly, the texture of the fish is full of the natural aroma of the fish itself. They also serve Stir-fry Swamp Eel with Garlic (蒜茸炒黄鳝), Dried Chillies Frog (公保田雞).
