香蕉巧克力酥餅 (BANANA CHOCOLATE PUFF PASTRY)

Composition :
1 pc (375g) frozen puff pastry
Filling :
1 tablespoon beaten egg (for glazing)
200g banana flesh (sliced)
40g chocolate (chopped)
2 tablespoons almond flakes
1 pc cheese slice (sliced)

1. Defrost puff pastry, roll on the floured surface to form 23x30cm (9x12 inches) rectangle.

2. Preheated oven to 200°C.

3. Cut the puff pastry into 10cm (4 inches) wide.  Brush with beaten egg.  Then cut out two long strips to besiege the edge.

4. Arrange banana slices on top, follow with chopped chocolate, almond flakes and cheese slices.

5. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
