核桃酥皮卷 (WALNUT PUFF PASTRY ROLL)

Composition :
1 pc (375g) frozen puff pastry
Filling :
100g orange marmalade
40g walnuts (chopped)
30g raisins
40g brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder

1. Defrost puff pastry, roll on the floured surface to form 23x30cm (9x12 inches) rectangle.

2. Preheated oven to 180°C.

3. To make filling, combine chopped walnuts, raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon powder.

4. Spread orange marmalade on to puff pastry.  Sprinkle with filling and roll up.

5. Cut the pastry roll into 12cm (½ inch) thickness.  Place onto greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.

6. Turn over to brown other side for 30 minutes or until crispy.
