香辣沙爹雞 (SPICY CHICKEN SATAY)

Ingredients :-
1kg chicken, sliced
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
Marinade
3 cloves garlic
10 shallots
50g coriander seeds
10 candlenuts (buah keras)
2 red chillies
1 tablespoon palm sugar
½ cup sweet soy sauce (add more if desired)
1. Slice chicken into bite-sized portions. In a mortar and pestle or blender, blend all marinade ingredients until it forms a paste.

2. Rub the sliced chicken with marinade and fresh lime juice. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

3. Put 4 to 5 pcs on skewer and grill for about 6 to 8 mins per side or until cooked.
