黑木耳豬肉餅 (BLACK FUNGUS PORK PATTIES)

Ingredients :-
200g lean pork/pork fillet steak
1 tablespoon shredded black fungus (soaked, chopped)
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
100g shallots (chopped)
some sesame oil
Seasoning :-
1 tablespoon ginger wine
1 tablespoon tapioca flour
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper

1. Chop lean pork, combine with chopped black fungus, the remaining ingredients and seasoning, mix well.  Form it into small patties, keep aside.

2. Heat up some sesame oil in the sauce pan, shallow-fry pork patties over a low heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked.  Remove from heat, serve at once.
