薑蔥油煎餅 (GINGER AND ONION PAN CAKE)

Ingredients :-
200g plain flour
1 egg
100g shallots (chopped)
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1-2 tablespoon water

1. Heat up 1 tablespoon sesame oil, saute chopped shallots and ginger until fragrant.  Remove, put in a mixing bowl.

2. Add in plain flour, egg, light soy sauce and water, mix well.

3. Heat up some sesame oil in the sauce pan, spoon in some batter mixture, shallow-fry over a low heat until cooked and golden brown on both sides.  Dish up, serve hot.
