通心粉烤雞肉與花椰菜 (BAKED MACARONI WITH CHICKEN & BROCCOLI)
Ingredients :-
150g Macaroni, cooked as per packet instruction
1 piece chicken breast, steamed and cut into cubes
60g grated cheddar cheese
30g grated parmesan
15g fresh breadcrumbs
40g butter
400g milk
2 tablespoons plain flour
1 small head broccoli, cut into small florets
1. Blanch broccoli in hot boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and drain.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan and add in flour. Stir-fry for 1 minutes. Whisk in milk and simmer for 4 minutes and keep stirring until sauce thickens and bring it to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off fire and set aside.
3. Combine macaroni, broccoli, white sauce, chicken and cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl. Spoon into the ovenproof dish.
4. Combine parmesan and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the pasta mixture. Place the ovenproof dish in the oven and bake until top is golden and crisp. This will takes around 5 - 10 minutes. Served hot.
