Calla Lily 食譜篇 - 茶碗蒸乚 (CHAWAN MUSHI)

Ingredients :-
2 eggs
1 piece filament crabstick
2 prawns
2 pieces chicken fillet
40cc shiro dashi
50cc water

1. Finely cut crabstick, chicken, prawn and shiitake mushroom into small pieces.

2. Stir egg lightly and strain the mixture with a fine muslin cloth into a jug.

3. Add shiro dashi, water, ingredients and egg mixture into chawan mushi cup(remove bubbles, if any).

4. Put the cup into a steamer and place over a wok of boiling water.

5. Reduce the heat and cover the cup.

6. Clost the wok with a cover. Steam the egg for 5-6 minutes.

7. Remove the cup from steamer and serve immediately.
