蝦膏炒雍菜 (FRIED KANGKONG WITH BELACAN)

Ingredients :-

2 tablespoons cooking oil

1 packet (200g) sambal tumis (shrimp paste)

400g Kangkong

Salt and sugar to taste.


1. Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in a frying pan, on medium heat. Fry 1 packet (200g) of sambal tumis paste for 2 mins. Add 400g Kangkong.

2. Ensure you mix kankong well with paste, and stir-fry for 2 mins.

3. Season with salt and sugar.
