豬腳醋 (PORK LEG WITH BLACK VINEGAR)

Ingredients :-
1 fore-leg of pork, chopped
300g ginger
1 rice bowl of Chinese black vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar

1. Clean pork pieces. Wash and drain.

2. Remove skin of
ginger and pound to break open.

3. Put ginger in pot, add water to cover ginger. Boil for 15 minutes. Discard ½ the water.


4. Add pork pieces and black vinegar. Simmer until pork is soft (about 30 mins) then add sugar.



5. Remove from heat and serve.
