Ingredients :-
1 tablespoon gula melaka
1 lime wedge
2 tablespoons pomegranate pearls (red seeds)
Juice of 1 apple
1 can of soda water
sprig of mint, to serve
1. Mash together mint leaves, gula melaka, lime wedge and 1 tablespoon of pomegranate pearls in a shaker or jug.
2. Add apple juice.
3. Pour mixture into tall glass.
4. Top with soda water (or sparkling water) and ice cubes.
5. Decorate wtih remaining pomegranate pearls and a sprig of mint.
