玉米片大虾 (CORNFLAKES PRAWNS)
Ingredients :-
600g Large prawns, trimmed
30g Cornflakes
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
3 tablespoon Butter
50ml Evaporated filled milk
3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
1. Marinate prawns with salt and pepper for 20 minutes. Deep fry till cooked.
2. Heat butter till hot and pour egg yolks in. Using a pair of wooden chopsticks, quickly make strands by stirring it. Remove to a side plate.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute garlic and ginger till fragrant. Add in eveaporated filled milk and stir-fry for 1 minute then put in the prawns, egg yolk strands and cornflakes. Briskly stir-fry over high heat and turn off fire.
4. Serve immediately.
