Calla Lily Recipes 食谱篇 - MERSING MERSINA

MERSING MERSINA
Ingredients :-
350g large mushrooms (cleaned and tossed)
100ml full cream evaporated milk
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon chilli paste
2cm ginger (juice is taken)
4 tablespoon dried shrimps
2 stalks spring onion (finely chopped)
Corn oil and olive oil


1. Heat a little corn oil and put onion, chilli paste and dried shrimps. Cook until it smells nice.

2. Add full cream evaporated milk, ginger juice, spring onions, salt and pepper. Stir well.

3. Let it cool and stuff mushrooms and arrange in an oven-safe pan.

4. Pour a little olive oil on top and grill about 5-8 minutes until golden brown.

5. Serve hot.
