Ingredients :-
1 can evaporated creamer100g cream cheese, room temperature
60g caster sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
10 pieces sponge fingers
1 cup strong coffee, chilled
Some cocoa powder
1. Pour evaporated creamer into a plastic container and leave it in the freezer overnight.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar with vanilla essence until fluffy.
3. Just before serving, blend frozen creamer, cream cheese mixture until well blended.
4. Spoon blended mixture into small glasses. Dip sponge finger into chilled strong coffee and dip it into the cheese mixture. Dust the top of mixture with cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
