Ingredients :-
500g spiral pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
800g canned tomatoes, diced
4 anchovy fillets, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon chilli powder
425g canned tuna, drained and flaked
½ cup olives
50g spinach leaves
1. Cook spiral pasta in a pan of boiling salted water following packet instructions.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry onion and garlic for 2 to 3 mins.
3. Stir in tomatoes, anchovy fillets, sugar and chilli powder. Simmer for about 10 mins.
4. Carefully mix through tuna and olives. Heat gently for 1 to 2 mins.
5. Toss sauce with pasta and spinach.
