Calla Lily 食譜篇 - 日本煎餅 (お好み焼 OKONOMIYAKI)
Ingredients :-
200g Okonomiyaki flour (1 packet)
4 eggs
200cc water
500g cabbage
Alternative Ingredients :-
100g meat ingredient : chicken/beef/squid/prawn
100g vegetable ingredient : onion/corn/mushroom
Garnishing :
Brown okonomiyaki sauce
Mayonnaise
Dried bonito flakes
Green seaweed flakes
1. Slice cabbage into fine pieces.
2. Finely cut alternative ingredient of your choice.
3. Mix okonomiyaki flour, egg and water together and stir it until frothy.
4. Mix cabbage into okonomiyaki batter.
5. Add alternative ingredient into the dough, if have any.
6. Heat oil in a frying pan.
7. Fry the dough over medium heat pan.
8. When the bottom surface turn into golden colour, flip it over to cook another side.
9. Serve in on a plate, add topping of brown okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
10. Sprinkle dried bonito flakes and green seaweed flakes on top.
