Calla Lily 食譜篇 - 紫菜與豆腐味噌湯 (ワカメと豆腐のみそ汁 WAKAME & TOFU MISO SOUP)
Basic Ingredients :-
3 tablespoons miso paste
1 block tofu
5g spring onion
600cc water
Alternative Ingredients :-
Meat ingredient : Scallop/crab/prawn
Vegetable ingredient : Green onion/cabbage/potato/carrot/radish
1. Boil water.
2. Cut tofu into small pieces and add into the pot.
3. Simmer the tofu for 1-2 minutes on low heat.
4. Add alternative ingredient of your choice.
5. Sprinkle wakame into the soup and boil for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Add miso paste into the soup, stir the soup gently.
7. Turn off the heat and sprinkle spring onion.
TIPS : DO NOT boil the miso. This may change the original taste of miso soup and ruin some of its healthy properties.
